Why do I think of you !?

Everyday !

In everyway !

In my mind,

In my heart,

In my soul.

Why can I not take control !?

I try to move you out,

Out of these places,

Your memory holds !

Help me Lord,

To have sweet peace !

Free me from how,

This past love haunts me !

I have tried so hard,

To take control myself.

But he lingers inside,

Inside my mind,

Inside my heart,

Inside my very soul.

Please help me my Dear Lord !

I know nothings wrong with me,

Others in life are haunted,

By loves of past memories.

Memories in their minds,

Memories in their hearts,

Memories in their souls.

Is this just meant to be Lord ?!

Does the pain and torment,

Of these loves haunting,

Move us to where we need to be ?!

I love him lord I always will,

For he’s in my mind,

In my heart,

In my soul,

But I know I must move on !

So take my hand Lord,

Lead me on down the path.
